Barometro di Goethe - art. 850 Questo strumento e' considerato il piu' antico barometro del mondo. Gli storici credono che i Padri Pellegrini navigarono verso l'America utilizzando questo rudimentale barometro. Il Barometro di Goethe e' interamente in vetro e realizzato a mano. Per metterlo in funzione bisogna introdurre dell'acqua che puo' essere colorata grazie alle pastiglie fornite con lo strumento. Questo barometro non indica l'esatta pressione espressa in millibar o kilopascal, ma e' estremamente preciso nel monitorare ogni minimo cambiamento della pressione atmosferica. The storm glass should be half filled with water so that the inlet hole is completely covered and approximately 2 cm remains in the spout.
